A Note About Scheduling
All sessions take place live via Zoom. Times are listed in Pacific Time (Vancouver, Canada).
Please check how the scheduled times translate to your local time zone, particularly if your region observes daylight saving time.
If a planned break is included in the schedule, it will be clearly identified above.
Return to Self is a 13-session journey, and while regular attendance is encouraged, I understand that life doesn’t always follow our plans.
If you occasionally miss a gathering, you’ll still receive any accompanying materials and reflections to help you stay connected to the journey.
Because this is a live small-group experience, missed sessions cannot ordinarily be made up individually or refunded.
If I Need to Reschedule
If I need to postpone a gathering, I’ll communicate with the group as early as possible and arrange a replacement session. Everyone will still receive all 13 gatherings included in their registration.
Return to Self is a space for honest reflection, meaningful connection, and mutual respect.
Everyone is asked to honour the privacy of fellow participants by keeping personal stories and experiences shared within the group confidential.
You’re always welcome to share your own experiences outside the group, but please respect the privacy of others.
While confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting, we create this space together through care, trust, and shared responsibility.
Your Return to Self journey includes all 13 live gatherings, guided explorations, and accompanying reflection materials.
Pay in Full — $650 CAD
One payment at registration covers your complete 13-session journey.
Prefer to Spread Out Your Payments? — $660 CAD
Reserve your place with an initial payment of $219.96, followed by two monthly installments of $220.02.
Your individual payment dates and secure payment instructions will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Both options include the same complete Return to Self experience.
Future groups will be offered at updated rates as the program becomes established.
I believe that financial circumstances shouldn’t automatically prevent someone from participating in meaningful personal exploration.
A limited number of community-supported places may be available for those who feel drawn to Return to Self but are experiencing financial constraints.
If this speaks to your circumstances, please reach out before registering. We can have a private, compassionate conversation about what may be possible.
There is no obligation, and no need to explain more than you feel comfortable sharing.
Each Return to Self group is limited to five participants to preserve the intimate, supportive nature of the experience.
When you register, you’ll select your preferred group and payment option.
Your registration will be reviewed, and you’ll receive confirmation of your place, along with the information you need to prepare for our first gathering.
If you’ve chosen the installment option, your confirmation will also include your remaining payment dates and instructions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel your registration before your Return to Self journey begins, we will happily refund 100% of the payments you have made, including your deposit.
Once the program has begun, cancellation and refund requests will be considered individually, taking into account your circumstances and the commitment involved in reserving a place in a small group. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If we need to cancel the program, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If Return to Self feels like a journey you’d like to explore, I would be delighted to welcome you.
Choose the Wednesday or Sunday group that works best for your schedule, and take the next step when you’re ready.
Return to Self is an invitation to explore who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and beliefs that have shaped your life.
You may be navigating a transition, feeling curious about yourself, or simply wondering whether there are other ways to experience life.
Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome to approach this experience with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore new perspectives.
Return to Self is a guided personal-development experience, not therapy or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
You find yourself questioning old patterns, beliefs, or expectations.
You’ve spent much of your life meeting other people’s needs and wonder what you genuinely want for yourself.
You’re curious about the experiences that have shaped your identity.
You want to develop greater trust in your own perspective and inner wisdom.
You value thoughtful conversation, reflection, and hearing different perspectives.
Have previous experience with meditation, spiritual practices, or personal development.
Share deeply personal experiences before you feel comfortable.
Agree with every idea or perspective explored during the program.
Have a specific problem you’re trying to solve.
Know what your journey will look like before you begin.
Return to Self is an educational and reflective experience, not a form of psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Some explorations may bring up meaningful emotions or personal insights. You’re always encouraged to participate at your own pace, honour your boundaries, and seek additional professional support whenever that feels appropriate.
There is no particular outcome you are expected to achieve, and no single way you’re supposed to feel or think by the end of the journey.
The invitation is simply to approach yourself with curiosity, openness, and compassion.
CREATING A SAFE & RESPECTFUL SPACE
Return to Self is built on mutual respect, compassion, and the freedom to explore at your own pace.
To help create a welcoming and supportive space, we ask everyone to honour a few shared commitments:
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others and keep their personal stories within the group.
Freedom to participate: You are always welcome to listen, reflect, or pass on an invitation to share.
Respectful listening: Allow others to express their experiences without judgment, interruption, or unsolicited advice.
Personal responsibility: Honour your own boundaries, emotions, and wellbeing throughout the journey.
Compassion: Meet yourself and others with curiosity, kindness, and an open mind.
These shared commitments help us create a space where everyone feels respected, heard, and free to explore their own experience.
Select the Sunday or Wednesday group that best fits your schedule. Review the upcoming start dates before booking.
Click the registration button for your preferred group and follow the booking instructions. Each group has a maximum of five participants.
Pay $650 CAD in full or begin with a $219.96 deposit toward the $660 CAD installment plan.
Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive your confirmation, Zoom details, and information to help you prepare for our first gathering. If you’ve chosen installments, your payment schedule will also be provided.
Interested in a Community-Supported Place?
If you’d like to participate but the regular program fee is beyond your current means, you’re welcome to inquire about a community-supported place before registering.
Where available, these places are offered on a sliding-scale basis through a private conversation.
Please contact me directly so we can explore what may be possible for your circumstances.
Choosing to join a personal journey is a meaningful decision, and it’s natural to want to know more before committing.
If you’re wondering whether Return to Self is the right fit for you, I’d be happy to connect and answer your questions.
You’re welcome to reach out, with no pressure or obligation.
You don’t need to become someone new.
Perhaps this journey is simply an opportunity to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting patiently for your attention.
There is no perfect moment to begin, no particular way you need to feel, and no expectation that you arrive with all the answers.
Just come as you are.
I’d be honoured to share this journey with you.
