This is not a process of being “worked on.”

It is an invitation to meet yourself more clearly, safely, and gently.

What is QHHT?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a form of deep relaxation and focused awareness. During a session, you are guided into a calm, receptive state where the conscious mind softens and deeper layers of awareness can emerge.

What a QHHT session feels like

Sessions are:

You remain aware throughout the session and are always able to speak, move, or pause as needed. Nothing is forced, and there is no expectation to “go anywhere” or experience anything specific.

Many people describe the experience as deeply restful — like being gently supported while listening inwardly.

QHHT sessions are offered in person only.

Sessions are currently available in a quiet, private setting in West Kelowna, BC, Canada and include time for gentle conversation, the guided session itself, and space to integrate afterward.

Session length and booking details are listed clearly at the time of scheduling.

Choosing a practitioner

QHHT sessions within the collective are offered by practitioners who work gently, ethically, and with respect for nervous system safety.

You are encouraged to read practitioner profiles and choose the person you feel most comfortable with. Resonance matters.
